Sub-processors and Data Processing Addendum

This page lists the sub-processors Forj Intel uses to operate forj.cloud and the app at app.forj.cloud. They only process personal data as needed to run the site and product. The broader privacy terms are in our Privacy Policy.

Sub-processor list

• FormSubmit.co — waitlist and contact form submissions.
• Cloudflare — CDN and DNS for forj.cloud.
• GitHub Pages — hosts this marketing site.
• Vercel — hosts the Forj Intel app.
• Google — OAuth sign-in and YouTube Data/Analytics APIs when you connect a channel.
• Neon — PostgreSQL database for the app.
• OpenAI — AI insights in the app.
• Mixpanel — product analytics when you use the app.

How we use these processors

Waitlist and booking forms never hit our app database. They go through FormSubmit so we can reply from [email protected]. Cloudflare sits in front of the marketing site for DNS and caching. GitHub Pages serves the static pages. Once you have access to the product, Vercel runs the app, Neon stores account and channel records, Google handles sign-in and YouTube API access you grant, OpenAI powers written insights, and Mixpanel records product usage so we can see what is confusing.

We add or replace a sub-processor only when we need it to operate Forj Intel. When the list changes in a way that affects personal data, we update this page and the date at the top. If you already have an account and the change is material, we will also email the address on file. Questions about a specific vendor go through the contact page, not the vendor.

Most of these companies are based in the United States. If you are in the UK or EEA and need transfer language, request a Data Processing Addendum. We will not invent extra certifications here; ask if you need a signed copy for procurement.

Data Processing Addendum

If you need a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) under GDPR Article 28, request one through the Forj Intel contact page. We will send the DPA for review. Sub-processors process data only to operate Forj Intel; we do not sell personal information.
