When to email vs book a call
Email is the right first step for a written question: privacy or terms requests, account notes, press, partnerships, product feedback, or anything that needs a paper trail. Include your YouTube channel URL if it helps, and a short description of what you need. We reply from that inbox within a couple of business days. If it is urgent, say so in the subject line.
Book a call when a conversation would save time. The intro is a free 15-minute look at your channel — retention, packaging, or the next video — and whether analytics plus coaching is a fit. Come with a recent upload or a growth question. We would rather spend those minutes on your numbers than on a pitch.
